I'm always excited when I receive feedback from you whether it's good or bad. The positive comments of course, boost morale. But, the negative comments are the most valuable because they allow me to improve my service where it's needed most.
I'll add some of the negative comments here as I receive them so you'll know I'm human. And also so you'll know that I work very hard to immediately resolve problems and correct my service if it's lacking. So far, I've been very fortunate and haven't received any complaints in writing.
