The only organization that requires it's members to pass a certification exam to become a member. I am the Co-Founder and President of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am also the Administrator for Continuing Education for Home Inspectors for the State of Georgia for NACHI. I'm ICC (Code) certified for inspecting new construction. I am a Certified Radon Measurement Technician trained in the state of the art testing of Radon levels within building structures. I am a Certified Mold Technician, trained and certified by the Environmental Solutions Association to conduct mold inspections and collect mold samples.
